REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HELLES, HELLES LAGER, 5.0%
A classic Helles Lager. Clean, malty and golden colored, this classic Munich Style German Lager has a very smooth sweet malty flavor with a very dry finish. We used all German Malts and Nobel Saaz hops for their floral and herbal notes. A fermentation with German Lager yeast and long cold aging, makes this beer super clean and perfectly balanced.
LAY LOW, NE PALE ALE, 5.5%
This beer is a lower ABV, crushable version of a NEIPA. Full-bodied and creamy with sweet fruit, citrus, and tropical notes from the combination of Citra, Simcoe, El Dorado, and Idaho 7 hops.
LATTE DATTE, COFFEE CREAM ALE, 5.6%
Our latest coffee and beer collaboration is a coffee cream ale. The smooth, light and crisp cream ale base allows the house roasted Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans to shine through with delicate floral and citrus coffee notes. A splash of real vanilla rounds out the finish.
THIRSTY FOR CHANGE, TROPICAL LAGER, 5.7%
A collaboration with the recent female graduates of the Brewing Certificate Program at Sacred Heart University. The base beer is a clean, crisp Italian-style Pilsner made from Italian-grown Weyermann Eraclea Pilsner malt. Layered on top of this are Citra, Simcoe, and Belma hops, contributing rich fruity notes of strawberry and bright citrus. A second cold dry hop of Vic Secret and Mosaic adds nuances of pineapple and tropical fruit.
DARK DESERT HIGHWAY, WEST COAST PALE ALE, 5.6%
A Classic American West Coast Pale Ale. A small addition of medium crystal malt lends depth and color and a hint of malti sweetness. A assertive hand of classic "C" hops; Cascade, Centennial, and Columbus lend notes of grapefruit and pine.
PIECE OF MY HEART, HIBISCUS SAISON, 5.8%
A refreshing wheat-based farmhouse ale, fermented with an expressive yeast that contributes citrus and pepper notes while finishing ultra-dry. Kettle additions of hibiscus and pink peppercorn lend additional fruitiness and spiciness, as well as a subtle tartness and pink hue. This beer is dry hopped with the 2022 hop blend curated by the Pink Boots Society, an organization for women in the brewing industry.
DUNKELWEIZEN, DUNKELWEIZEN, 5.9%
A dark ruby colored German Wheat Beer with distinctive Banana and Clove yeast character. Rich and toasty with deep caramel malt depth. Bready, doughy and fluffy. a Classic German Treat.
THE BREAKUP, SOUR, 5.9%
Heavily fruited sour brewed with fresh mango and blood orange juice and a tiny bit of lactose and vanilla.
CODY STREET, NEIPA, 6.8%
Our flagship NEIPA made with Citra hops. This beer is juicy and smooth with notes of orange zest and peach candy. Creamy and sweet with just a hint of balancing bitterness.
SHIELD STREET, NEIPA, 6.9%
New England IPA brewed with 100% Australian Galaxy hops. Look for bright tropical notes of citrus and pineapple on top of a rich smooth malt body.
THUNDERSNOW!, COLD IPA, 6.9%
Cold IPA brewed with Two Row and Six Row Malt, Rice and Corn, and is hopped assertively in the kettle with Centennial, El Dorado and Mosaic for a clean bitter base layer of dank citrus fruitiness. It is then dry hopped aggressively with Chinook and Amarillo for notes of red grapefruit, citrus and a hint of pine. The beer finishes clean and crisp leaving you wanting another.
PHANTAZULOUS, NEIPA, 7.5%
Hazy IPA brewed with a cutting edge, very rare ingredient called Phantasm Powder. A very rich and smooth malt base sets the stage for aggressive additions of Citra, Australian Galaxy and Vic Secret Hops.
MISH MASH, DIPA, 9.0%
A hybrid Double IPA that showcases the refreshing bitterness and classic brightness of a West Coast IPA with the juicy, fruit-forward aromatics of the Hazy New England style. Pilsner Malt, Two Row, Flaked Barley, a splash of crystal lay a smooth lush foundation. While a dry finish and assertive bitterness balance it perfectly. Big tropical hops lend notes of citrus, fruit, and pine. Huge hop additions of Simcoe, Citra, Chinook, Mosaic, Azacca, and El Dorado.
HAVE YOUR CAKE AND DRINK IT TOO, PASTRY STOUT, 12.0%
For our 1st Anniversary, we brewed a Chocolate Cake Pastry Stout. Rich chocolate notes layer through this 12% ABV brew. Brown Sugar and Milk Sugar combine to add sugary notes of frosting and marshmallow. Cheers to Year One!
