Our goal from the onset has been to make speciality coffee more approachable to people in our community. These brewing guides are a great place to start. All you need is the right brewing equipment and a good grinder (Burr please!) and you’re well on your way to making a beautiful cup of coffee. These are intended to serve as a guideline. Play around with your equipment and variables to get coffee tasting just the way you like.
HARIO V60The Hario V60 is nuanced and versatile. It’s great for people who want full control over brewing extraction and consistency in producing clean cups that highlight the nuances in single-origin coffees.

The Kalita Wave. One of our favorite pour over methods. Kalita’s flat bottom design allows for a more even extraction than many other brewing methods.
A timeless classic. Chemex was one of the first pour over methods invented and has been around since the 40’s! We love the Chemex for its elegant design, ease of use, and the resulting clean cup of coffee.
Nothing better than cold brewed coffee on a hot summer day. A necessary staple in any coffee drinker’s fridge during the warm summer months in New England. Cold Brew has grown in popularity in recent years due to its naturally smooth and sweet taste while also being less acidic than hot coffee.
